DL 영어학원(디자인랜디아)에 오신 것을 환영합니다. 본 웹사이트(dlenglish.academy), 모바일 앱, 서비스 또는 학습 자료를 이용함으로써 귀하는 본 이용약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. / Welcome to DL English Academy (Designlandia). By accessing or using our website (dlenglish.academy), mobile application, services, or learning materials, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. 개요 / Overview
DL 영어학원은 대한민국 서울에 위치한 사설 영어 학원입니다. 당사의 웹사이트와 모바일 앱은 재학생, 학부모, 교사 및 학원 직원만을 위한 교육 콘텐츠, 수업 관리, 수업 기록 및 소통 도구를 제공합니다. 본 약관은 웹사이트, 모바일 앱 및 모든 관련 서비스(이하 “서비스”)의 이용에 적용됩니다. / DL English Academy is a private English language academy in Seoul, South Korea. Our website and mobile app provide educational content, course management, class records, and communication tools exclusively for enrolled students, their families, teachers, and academy staff. These Terms govern your use of the website, the mobile app, and all related services (the “Service”).
2. 계정 및 이용 자격 / Accounts & Eligibility
계정은 학부모 또는 법정대리인이 재학생을 대신하여 생성하며, 학부모와 학생이 함께 사용하는 가족 공유 계정입니다. 귀하는 정확한 가입 정보를 제공하고 로그인 정보를 안전하게 관리할 것에 동의합니다. 계정은 개인적, 비상업적 용도로만 사용 가능하며, 양도할 수 없고, 현재 재학 중인 가족과 학원 직원으로 이용이 제한됩니다. 만 14세 미만 학생의 경우 개인정보보호법 제22조의2에 따라 학부모 또는 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다. / Accounts are created by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of an enrolled student, and are shared family accounts used by both parent and student. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep login credentials secure. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only, are non-transferable, and are limited to currently enrolled families and academy staff. For students under 14, parental or guardian consent is required in accordance with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA Article 22-2).
3. 학습 콘텐츠 및 지식재산권 / Learning Content & Intellectual Property
서비스의 모든 콘텐츠(영상, 워크시트, 퀴즈, 수업 및 교육 자료 포함)는 DL 영어학원 또는 그 라이선스 제공자의 지식재산이며 재학생에게만 제공됩니다. 사전 서면 허가 없이 콘텐츠를 복사, 공유, 재배포하거나 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다. / All content on the Service — including videos, worksheets, quizzes, lessons, and course materials — is the intellectual property of DL English Academy or its licensors and is provided for enrolled students only. Content may not be copied, shared, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
4. 이용자 콘텐츠 / User Content
회원은 비공개 수업 그룹 내에서 콘텐츠(메시지, 댓글, 사진, 활동 게시물)를 게시할 수 있습니다. 게시한 콘텐츠의 소유권은 귀하에게 있으며, 귀하는 DL 영어학원이 교육 목적으로 서비스 내에서 해당 콘텐츠를 저장하고 표시할 수 있는 권한을 부여합니다. 귀하의 계정에서 게시된 콘텐츠에 대한 책임은 귀하에게 있습니다. 모든 이용자 콘텐츠는 제9조의 커뮤니티 행동 규범 및 콘텐츠 정책의 적용을 받습니다. / Members may post content (messages, comments, photos, activity posts) within private class groups. You retain ownership of content you post, and grant DL English Academy a license to host and display it within the Service for educational purposes. You are responsible for content posted from your account. All user content is subject to the Community Conduct & Content Policy in Section 9.
5. 학생 및 학부모의 책임 / Student & Parent Responsibilities
학생은 담당 교사의 지도에 따라 수업, 활동 및 과제를 완료해야 합니다. 학부모는 가족 공유 계정에서 이루어지는 활동에 대한 책임이 있으며, 자녀의 학습을 지원하고 업데이트를 정기적으로 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. / Students should complete lessons, activities, and assignments as directed by their teacher. Parents are responsible for activity on the shared family account and are encouraged to support their child’s learning and review updates regularly.
6. 개인정보 및 데이터 / Privacy & Data
개인정보의 수집 및 이용은 https://dlenglish.academy/privacy-policy 의 개인정보 처리방침에 따르며, 해당 방침은 본 약관의 일부를 구성합니다. 당사는 서비스 제공에 필요한 정보만을 수집하며 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다. / Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://dlenglish.academy/privacy-policy, which forms part of these Terms. We collect only the information necessary to deliver the Service and do not sell personal data to third parties.
7. 이용 정지 및 계정 해지 / Suspension & Termination
본 약관(제9조의 행동 규범 포함)을 위반하는 계정 또는 재학이 종료된 계정은 이용이 정지되거나 해지될 수 있습니다. 귀하는 언제든지 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있으며, 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. / We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including the conduct policy in Section 9, or upon the end of the student’s enrollment. You may stop using the Service at any time, and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. 면책 조항 및 책임의 제한 / Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
서비스는 “있는 그대로”, “제공 가능한 범위 내에서” 제공됩니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, DL 영어학원은 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증을 부인하며, 서비스 이용 또는 이용 불능으로 인해 발생하는 간접적, 부수적, 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 본 약관의 어떠한 조항도 관련 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임을 제한하지 않습니다. / The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, DL English Academy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. 커뮤니티 행동 규범 및 콘텐츠 정책 / Community Conduct & Content Policy
본 커뮤니티는 재학생과 가족을 위한 비공개 교육 커뮤니티입니다. / This is a private educational community for enrolled students and families.
부적절한 콘텐츠 및 학대 행위에 대한 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다. 괴롭힘, 따돌림, 혐오 발언, 성적 콘텐츠, 폭력적 콘텐츠, 스팸 등 미성년자가 포함된 교육 커뮤니티에 부적절한 모든 콘텐츠를 금지합니다. / We maintain zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior: harassment, bullying, hate speech, sexual content, violent content, spam, or any content inappropriate for an educational community that includes minors.
회원은 모든 콘텐츠와 회원을 신고할 수 있으며, 다른 회원을 차단할 수 있습니다. 차단 시 해당 회원의 프로필과 모든 콘텐츠가 즉시 숨겨집니다. / Members can report any content or member, and block any member. Blocking immediately hides that member’s profile and all of their content from you.
신고는 24시간 이내에 검토 및 조치됩니다. 위반 콘텐츠는 삭제되며, 이를 게시한 회원은 플랫폼에서 퇴출됩니다. / All reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. Objectionable content is removed, and members who post it are ejected from the platform.
로그인 또는 회원가입 시 본 정책에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. / By logging in or registering, you agree to this policy.
10. 준거법 / Governing Law
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율됩니다. 분쟁은 대한민국 서울 소재 법원의 관할에 따릅니다. / These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
11. 약관의 변경 / Changes to These Terms
당사는 본 약관을 수시로 변경할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 시행일 갱신과 함께 웹사이트에 공지됩니다. 변경 사항 시행 후 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. / We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be announced on the website with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

본 약관은 한국어와 영어로 작성되었습니다. 두 버전 간 불일치가 있는 경우 대한민국 이용자에게는 한국어 버전이 우선합니다. / These Terms are written in Korean and English. In the event of any inconsistency, the Korean version shall prevail for users in South Korea.
